How it Works
Answer 8 simple questions in each of the 8Wise® dimensions to understand your current wellbeing across the areas that shape optimal mental health.
You’ll receive 8 individual pillar scores and your overall wellbeing score.
Your results include practical, evidence-based recommendations to strengthen each dimension and support your wellbeing in a way that actually sticks.
You’ll receive scores on the following key areas

Emotional
Understanding your feelings, not being ruled by them. This dimension looks at stress, emotional triggers, boundaries, and how safely you express what’s going on inside. When emotional wellness is strong, your decisions get clearer, your reactions get calmer, and your inner world feels easier to live in

Physical
The state of your body and brain health. This covers sleep, energy, habits, movement, hormones (including menopause and peri-menopause), and how you manage physical stress signals. When physical wellness improves, your mind quietens faster, your resilience rises, and daily life feels less like pushing through fog

Spiritual
Knowing what you stand for. This isn’t about religion—it’s about values, beliefs, purpose, identity, and meaning. It asks: What matters to me? Who am I becoming? What gives me direction? When spiritual wellness is solid, you stop living by autopilot and start living with intention.

Intellectual
Understanding your own mind and intelligence. This dimension looks at learning, curiosity, thinking patterns, problem-solving, confidence in your cognitive wiring, and comfort zone stretching. Strong intellectual wellness means you think for yourself, back yourself more, and don’t shrink your brain to fit someone else’s idea of “smart.”

Environmental
The spaces you live and work in, and how they affect you. This includes sensory load, clutter, calm zones, routines, sustainability, and whether your surroundings drain or support you. When environmental wellness shifts, your nervous system unclenches and your world feels more breathable.

Social
How you relate to others and the stories you carry about belonging. This dimension explores friendships, communication, support systems, community, loneliness, masking, and whether you feel seen, heard, and understood. Strong social wellness means connection without depletion.

Occupational
Your role in the world—work, contribution, balance, growth, and fulfilment. It looks at burnout risk, responsibility load, boundaries at work, transitions, and whether your job fuels or drains your wellbeing. Occupational wellness improves when you protect your capacity without losing your ambition.

Financial
Your relationship with money, stability, safety, and future planning. This includes financial stress, avoidance, confidence with decisions, budgeting rhythms, and how money affects your mental load. Strong financial wellness means less anxiety, more clarity, and fewer sleepless 3am money spirals.
